"They say one can spend a lifetime in New York and it wont be enough"

Hope

Jersey City, NJ, December 2022

Lucky enough to capture a stunning golden hour overlooking the Hudson with a setting crescent moon behind the World Trade Center.

Almost Purple

North Bergen, NJ, March 2023

On the way to North Bergen just after Weehawken is this magical location, wherein, at the right angle you get to witness the Empire State Building between the towering cityscapes.

Aluminium

Jersey City, NJ, December 2022

Similar shot as above but over long exposure of around 2 minutes. Can you spot the birds?

In Wonderland

Watkins Glen, NY, August 2019

Watkins Glen is a photographer's paradise what with some 16 waterfalls to shoot from. One cant spend an entire day here but the perfect time is in the wee hours of the morning. The splashing sound of the waterfalls reverberating in your ears with no passerby to distract the silence, it sure does feel like a wonderland.

September 11

Brooklyn Pier, NY, September 2019

The memory of the Twin Towers. Remembering every single year!

Calmness of Pink

Jersey City, NJ, January 2022

There are so many vintage points of ESB across the 5 boroughs. This one is from the Jersey City side. I drove down in the early hours of the morning hoping for a fiery sunrise but was happy nevertheless to walk back with this moment instead.

Pipe Dream

Brooklyn Pier, NY, September 2019

It took me sometime to figure out where exactly this location was. Clearly, this is a famous location with many photographers elbow bumping to be in the perfect spot to get the perfect shot. Indeed, one can see the Statue of Liberty at the distance almost laughing at the platitudes.

Of Harps and Strings

Watkins Glen, NY, August 2019

Doesnt it look like a musical instrument?

Almost Night!

Brooklyn, NY, July 2023

This time it is a view of the skyline on the Jersey City side from Brooklyn.

Melting

Hoboken, NJ, February 2021

I wanted to end this series with this image, which happens to be my favorite amongst all NYC images. I caught this fiery sunrise after a few attempts of monitoring the weather, and driving to the location only to be disappointed. This time, however; the weather Gods blessed with open arms. A sunrise spectacle that lasted perhaps for 5 minutes but enough to etch memories for a lifetime.
